Why are they dangerous?

This toy contains a piece that medium-sized birds can get stuck on their head or around their neck. Larger birds such as African greys, amazons, cockatoos, etc. are not at risk because of their larger head size. Smaller birds such as green cheek conures, cockatiels, lineolated parakeets, etc. are not at risk because of their smaller head size that can slip out easily.
